Be the Future är ett internationellt projekt för tjejer i åldern 15–18 som vill utforska entreprenörskap i praktiken.
By working in international teams with Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia, participants develop ideas, start businesses, and test their solutions in real markets—while building cross-border networks. Funded by Interreg Central Baltic, the project offers a unique chance to grow as both an entrepreneur and a leader.
The aim is to boost young women’s entrepreneurial confidence, courage, and ability to shape their future. Participants gain knowledge in areas like business development, finance, marketing, and sustainability, as well as valuable experiences that support personal growth—such as self-leadership, teamwork, and learning to take their place.
Results
The project is now complete.
The results clearly show that the learning-by-doing method works. Participants report that they have grown as entrepreneurs, become more interested in starting businesses, and gained new insights into how they can use their entrepreneurial skills in different areas of life.
Be the Future proofs that when young people get the right support and networks, they can create solutions for tomorrow’s challenges — today.
